Wrong rewards from 40lvl of pass

Hello

when i tried to redeem my lvl 40 reward from the season pass, i was not given any option to decide which reward i wanted. The game automatically gave me the 93 Al Owairan but i wanted to take the 87x15 pack. Is there any way this can be reverse because i grinded to get that pack and it would be a shame to miss out on it because of a bug

its not only my problem, already a lot of other people send the same issue on that website.
