WTF is going on at EA?

What can I say that many people on this forum haven't already? 
At this point, the game is sluggish, riddled with bugs and exploits and it's only gotten and will continue to grow even more out of control. Defending is atrocious with an AI with an IQ of 1 allowing attackers to walk right by them as they just stand there or immediately run in the opposite direction to mark a man that is no where near play.  Your OP defenders will play like they are playing for their lives and pick off anything and everything. Constant pressure with double teaming you the entire game. Think it would deplete their stamina? Sort of, even when they are blinking out of stamina their players are still able to run full speed pass with precise accuracy and are able to shoot powerful and accurate shots as well.  GK is absolute **bleep**e and won't make a save at any point, only reacting to a shot the moment the ball is in the back of the net. 

What does EA and their customer support do to help with these problems? Blame the user of course with the same scripted replies:
- It's your internet connection
- Go see what the pros are using for Formations and Tactics (because who doesn't want to play the exact same teams, with the same formations, same tactics, and same players constantly?)

I swear the devs of this game must all be rejects that no other company would hire and it really shows with the products they have been releasing. Fix your **bleep**e EA. At this point, it's just down right pathetic.
