Xbox series X I cannot play ultimate team

I have not been able to play the game for days. Everything I do in ultimate team like swapping players causes me to be kicked out the game I have not been able the play. Ea give us no options to get this sorted yet I have paid £89.99 for this game that I cannot play. The fact that they give a community to post this on is a joke. This is a scam as I have not been given the product I have paid for. Fix this ea if you even read this smh

    Would it be possible to get more information on this?

     

    • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
    • Which platform are you on?
    • Are you getting an error message?
    • Does this happen when loading into a specific mode or performing an action in a mode?
    • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
    • If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

    It logs me out saying “there was an error communicating with the fifa ultimate team servers. Please try again”

    this happens anytime I do anything but access the store or markets.

    every time I try to swap players in my team its does the same so I can’t make a full squad to play.

    I can’t play rush as it does the same so I can’t do anything on ultimate team but use the market.

    Hey @Goatmish Are you able to play any other mode?

    Also when you have a moment can we give the following steps a try?

    1. Make sure you have the latest software update.
    2. Perform a power cycle.
    3. Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
    4. Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
    5. Reinstall the game. If you're using an external hard drive, consider installing it on the internal drive to see if that helps.
    6. Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
    7. Open you're Xbox NAT Type
  • I tried all of those steps you said.

    still no change.

    i can’t change my squad or formation on web app too so hardly think it’s an Xbox issue

    now 8 days not being able the play and I want to play weekend league.
