yellow in the box

I’m through on goal, singo slide tackles me in the box, it’s a pen, he saves it, fair enough. But why is it not a red, I’m THROUGH ON GOAL only the keeper against me and then he slides tackles me and then i lose because it happened twice again the same exact things but it was a yellow again for the other centre back. I’ve played this game all my life , this is definitely the worst one ever. You make so much money a day and can’t even use your common sense
