Yet another follow up

What is the point in this forums bs if the moderators flat out ignore any issue that they can’t be arsed to help with. The amount of forums I’ve posted about this issue and none have been acknowledged. It’s ridiculous. 

I think the metric they use to determine how well moderators have performed is just number of topics closed. As a result, anything that takes longer than a couple of minutes, they just won't reply to. I've long since given up on EA staff doing anything usefull at all. We, as a community, are just expected to self serve. The problem with that being; servers are unstable, the game is filled with bugs, and EA uses us as beta testers with every change they make.

Yes exactly, like this is a real issue and they just won’t do anything about it. The whole company just doesn’t care about anything but money, they need to completely overhaul their support system because I waited 2 hours on live chat just to talk to someone and then they just told me they can’t do anything and I should post it here, that’s when I knew my problem was never getting resolved because I’ve never had a forum replied to. And neither have many people, if you scroll down there’s a very small amount of posts that have actually been solved or even acknowledged. I feel like this shouldn’t even be a hard issue to solve, they must be able to check my games log and see that I played all 15 matches and I never opened a 1 of 5 red pick that I would get from that. Then they could quite easily just give me the red pick. 

Here is my proof, I know it would show the same if I had been the one to leave 3 games, but I promise I didn’t, I’m literally so bad at the game, hence why I only got 5 wins, and I was only playing for the pick, so why would I leave any games knowing that I wouldn’t get it 

I think they're all off until Tuesday. 

Makes sense today because it’s bank holiday but surely they work weekends?

I don't know their schedules but they haven't been responding to anything since Friday I believe.
