Zidane Evo Still Not Available

I emailed EA a little less than TWO months ago about not having the zidane evo for the 2002 free icon even though I qualify for the founders club, I had the game before October and I played fc24 last year before the marked date, and I still have not gotten even a simple response to my email. It’s crazy to me that I’ve been a consumer of this company for over 12 years and this is the customer service level. Has anybody else had trouble with this missing evo, or trouble with getting NO customer support? Help would be greatly appreciated from an actual employee. Thanks
