Icon pick double?

So i made a ton of icon picks. Today i got abily thunderstruck … i was shocked because i already got her but it didnt show already owned.. i picked her for that reason. Now i see i got both in my active squad.. what the hell EA… i could have picked someone else. Also how is that even possible to have the same card twice in club not even sbc section but in club?? I deserve a new icon pack and u can take 1 abily back.
