Where are the Squad Updates with January Transfers?

Title Update 1.4.2 was released over twenty-eight hours ago, and we are still awaiting the two squad updates that will first unlock hidden game content (real player face scans, boots, balls, kits, etc.), and second, transition players between clubs that occurred last month during the January transfer window. After more than a decade of playing the game, still do not understand why squad updates are not released immediately following Title Updates, instead of the random and incessant delay period of between twelve hours to over an entire week.
