Problem with game

Good morning. I'm having a small problem with FC 26. When I start playing online, i.e., seasons. I choose the French national team, and I play online with 10 players. For some time now, I've been missing the left midfielder Barcol in France. And there's nothing I can do about it, as if the online opponent is using some kind of hack. Or maybe I'm just having a problem. Please help me solve this. Regards, my Xbox One X.
