EA connection quality report
Hi! My ea connection quality report thing does not work. I created thread about it here 15 days ago. No reply from ea. I took any possible advice and tried everything. In fc 25 I had that option without problems. Win 11 64 bit pro with all updates, all drivers updated, fast fiber connection. I restarted my router, checked region in ea account settings, I have share data option checked in online settings. I play on PC. Today just for test I cheked show ping in game option. And it was weird - never have seen this before- in rush match in was allways 0. So maybe its related to issue with ea connection quality report staff not working.

Hi i bought the game on the 17th of September and have been enjoying the game play i put 12000 fifa points on and i had a really nice team.i have then loaded up about 10 minutes ago and half of my team has gone and they are no where to be seen!! I bought 2,800 fc points via steam on pc and as soon as the purchase went thru and I went back on the game, it said the fc store has encountered an error or something like that and my points were never received. This happened like last month too when I bought 1,600 points but I didn’t know how to resolve the issue. I have proof of purchase too.Request to reset the EA SPORTS FC profile (26).
I'm experiencing a persistent issue with EA SPORTS FC 26 on PS5 where I receive the following message: "You have more than one storage device with FC 26 profile." Despite deleting the game data, reinstalling it, unlinking my EA account, and even formatting my PS5, the game still loads the same profile. I believe the problem lies with my profile ID stored on EA's servers. I respectfully request that my FC 26 profile be reset or deleted so I can start fresh.
