Transfer ban (PLEASE READ FULLY)
Hi there, it’s been 2 days since my market ban, I’m tired of hearing people saying to dispute it when it’s literally 95% of the time a bot giving me 1 of 5 generic replies but I still did it and no reply of course. I’m friends with Fut Accountant and he’s told me to leave feed back, I want to request a DSAR and want a REAL PERSON to look into the issue, otherwise I am thinking of taking legal action as I’ve spent too much money on points and the game itself, I’ve already been in contact with my lawyer about this. Why have I been transfer banned for my coins going from 2m to 200k from what I believe a hacker has done? I don’t even care about the coins now I just want my market access back. PLEASE READ BELOW FOR FULL STORY OF WHAT HAS HAPPENED. Case Number - 232761122 I have been playing FC for years and spent thousands in the process but what’s happened has made me think this is my last time playing it. Throughout the year I have been grinding to gain my coins, by watching Nate and others. I woke up to EA sending me security codes and a password change, I thought nothing of it until I logged into the game to see my 2million become 180k. On top of this I have been market banned, I was in total confusion. If you investigate my account you can see I have lost almost all my coins and have no tradable players, so it would make 0 sense to how I would have coin transferred to benefit my account. I also saw an unauthorised login from London which I quickly untrusted. As a huge spender and football fan with such a great promo coming up it’s sad that I won’t be able to play this game and maybe it’s my last cycle for good. I have contacted 2 days ago with no reply and I believe a bot will just send me the standard automated message saying they investigated my account but in reality no one actually has, I really hope someone higher up who works at EA sees this and can do something, even getting a real person to investigate would be helpful. Hi pls help me gain access to the transfer market on the web I have been playing for well over 3 weeks of active days where I play 3 matches and log in to the companion app still haven’t gained access. Chelsea women Clearly scored at least 1 goal every single match they played in the UWCL competition and Maika should be getting all her upgrades as well as she achieved all the milestones required for all the upgrades similar to Hansen and why ONLY Hansen got all of the upgrades? I recently got a PS5 and a fc26 game on it, this is easier for me to access the game using remote play when I'm travelling. But when I launch the game and entered UT, it shows up a brand new profile (no players, no season pass, level 0) -- I haved Iinked my PS5 account in the EA web settings and I can see my friends I added in EA app and I can send them message, but just the whole UT squads are totally different. Can anyone explain to me why this happens? Or you just can't do it? Anything in PS5 is totally separate and different in PC? Now I'm really confused.44Views0likes4CommentsLevel 40 Season Pass Zola
Hello EA Support, I’m having the same issue with the Level 40 Season Pass reward. When I reached Level 40, I was supposed to choose between Zola and a pack, but due to menu lag/input delay, from the collect all feature, the pack was selected before I could choose Zola. The main reason I bought the Season Pass was for the Zola card. I’ve seen another user in this forum mention that they were able to get their correct player reward restored in a previous Season Pass, so I’m hoping my case can be reviewed as well. So guys I did all the objectives for the market activation. And after that i had to wait 24-48h to get it activated. But it has passed over a month now and I can only buy players not sell them. When I want to list a player for sale, I get a message saying: You reached your limit please come back after 24h. On the companion app it says error. I never even sold a player, so dont know what is wrong. I tried writing to ea reporting an issue, guess what, no replies...they just ignore me. The only way was via live chat, but guess what, 3 times we tried and still nothing. Now I am writing here to see if anybody else had a same issue. Oh and not to forget, I am playing actively, uploaded 200€ on the acc for fifa points... and still they dont do nothing. My team is outdated, keep losing to worse players then me just because my team is bad and I cant do anything about it to change it. I can only upload money for points to get better players, but I wont. What can I do if they still wont fix it after waiting again for few days? I already made the weekly 30 points to earn the respective rivals rewards, earlier, i am in the 5th Division. Today i didn't get any rewards. Can you tell what happen? It's the first time i didn't get, i always made the 30 points. I went back and reinstalled the game, i change a lot of settings, stadium, etc etc, not gettting the rewards it's a punishment? Hi everyone, I’m experiencing a problem with the Transfer Market on Xbox in EA FC 26. I completed the Foundations objectives on my account and waited for the 24-hour timer to end. After that, I can buy players normally, but I cannot sell any players. * The minimum price for all players is stuck at 150, and the maximum is blank. * Attempting to sell triggers the message: “You’ve reached your limit on bid/buy actions. Please come back in 24 hours for full access.” * Clearing sold items or other actions in the Transfer List disconnects me with: “Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu.” This issue has persisted for 20 days. Every day for the past 20 days I have contacted customer support and they give me unhelpful, very general fixes that do not work. They have contradicted themselves multiple times. After lengthy discussions I tell them that none of their suggestions have worked and then they just tell me to wait a day for the game to fix itself and it never does…so the cycle repeats the next day and the next.384Views1like3Comments
