I bought the premium season pass via the web app, it seems to be accumulating SP through FUT but I can’t access the Season Pass objectives and get an error screen. On the morning of March 18th, I made a transfer offer for the Ekitike (FutBirthday Promo) card through the app. The app crashed and I couldn't access it for a while. I am experiencing a major Evolutions bug in EA Sports FC 26 that is completely blocking progression. I have a persistent notification indicating that I have an evolution to claim, but when I enter the Evolutions section, there are no players or evolutions available and all tabs are empty. Because of this, my Luis Suarez card, which I have already progressed through multiple evolution chains, is now locked. I am unable to place him into the Birthday Bonito evolution, even though he clearly meets all requirements and appears under eligible players. I do not have any duplicate versions of this player. I have not submitted any evolved version into an SBC. This is the only Suarez evolution card in my club. I have already tried restarting the game, checking SBCs, clearing unassigned items, and using the Companion App, but the issue still persists. This appears to be a backend issue where an invisible or stuck evolution is assigned to my account, preventing further use of Evolutions. Day 5 since reporting this, but even more concerning is that I have seen a post for the same issue from a month ago. I purchased the season pass because some of the players I follow on social media said it was a good thing. So at the moment, no SP, no rewards, packs, players, etc. Every time I web chat with an advisor they tell me the technical team are working on it & several players have the same issue but they cannot give me a timescale as to when the issue will be fixed.
