“Guaranteed Premier League TOTS 92+” Feels Misleading and Unfair

I want to express my frustration and disappointment with the 4,000 EA FC Points pack that advertises a guaranteed Premier League TOTS 92+ player.

I purchased this pack expecting a fair chance at different high-rated players from the advertised pool. However, I received the exact same card three times. For a paid pack that costs a significant amount of FC Points, this feels extremely unfair and misleading.

When a pack is promoted as guaranteeing a Premier League TOTS 92+ player, the odds should feel balanced across the available pool, especially for higher-rated cards. Getting the same duplicate card repeatedly makes the system feel heavily weighted and not transparent enough.

In my opinion, this kind of pack design should not be allowed. It feels immoral, unfair to players, and harmful to consumer trust. If certain cards have much lower chances than others, EA should clearly show those odds before purchase, instead of making players believe they have a fair chance at the full pool.

Players spend real money on FC Points, and we deserve transparency, fairness, and protection from systems that feel manipulated. I hope EA reviews this issue and improves the way guaranteed TOTS packs are handled.
