Any updates about the problem and did it get resolved?

I got market perma ban for transferring coins between accounts knowing that i have no other accounts nor anyone has access to mine and my coins balance is the same as i can recall it.

I submitted an appeal but didn’t get any response back so is there a chance or do I just lose hope?
