91 Pre Order Kahn Still has Low Reactions?

Hey guys, saw the X post by the direct communication account saying they have fixed the stats of champion pre order icons in game, but the 91 Kahn's reactions are still 73. His base has 89 and his 86 non upgraded had 89 reactions as well and now his 'upgraded' version only has 73? This has to be a mistake, and we would like it being corrected or at least communicated to why it's so low now seeing as he got 'upgraded'?
