Ability to Improve Free Kick and Penalty Accuracy in Player Development Plans

This is a issue that has been present since FC 24: Player Development plans do not allow training or improvement of Free Kick (FK) or Penalty (PK) Accuracy. As a result, players’ FK and PK stats remain the same across seasons. Adding the option to develop these skills would make the progression system more complete and realistic.
