About the newly added teams

Hi EA FC Sports Team, I've been downloading the update of FC 26 on my Switch 2 and found out that several new teams have been added recently, in anticipation of the biggest tournament there is. But I wanted to ask, given that sometimes I would play the game without internet connections and all, and because of the Switch and Switch 2 nature that can be played outside, can these teams become playable offline in future updates? And I also noticed that certain national teams didn't play their national anthems (like Indonesia, for example, even though I'm grateful for this team to be added), so I'd like these anthems to be added as well.
