Account sync issues

I play both the PS5 version and PS4 version of fc 26

However I'm sure know that we all including myself have been having account sync issues where if you switch from old Gen to new Gen or vice versa the sp points don't appear next your online name in the top right corner so the game thinks you're not on the servers

Recently you guys did a server update which was well needed however I can play on the PS4 version of the game online i.e clubs UT just fine but when I cross over to the PS5 version of the game I can't play online I tried every troubleshooting step I could've done on my end to have the game read that I'm on the servers and nothing no sp points nothing I can't play clubs I can't play online at all

I even uninstalled both games and reinstalled them twice and still on the PS5 version of the game no sp points showing up I can't access clubs or anything so I'm really wondering if it's something that you guys should look on your end because this is really ridiculous
