Add VAR and Charmain Mode

Hello,

I have two important suggestions for EA Sports FC:

1) Adding a VAR (Video Assistant Referee) system to matches. This would improve realism with offside checks, penalty reviews, and red card decisions.

2) Creating a Club Chairman / Owner Mode in Career Mode. Players should be able to manage finances, sponsors, stadium upgrades, and make long-term strategic decisions for the club.

These features would make the game much more realistic and enjoyable for many players.
