Automatic substitutions/tactical changes on career mode

Hi! I love playing career mode on Ea FC 26, and I always use the «tactical view» option when playing a game. But, every time half-time comes around, I experience either an automatic substitution, or a tactical change. Sometimes I can’t even change the tactic back to the way I want it. This is super annoying, when they substitute my best player for a worse player that doesn’t even play in that position. I have gotten some tips, like turning off the suggested subs and turning «watch full match intro» to always, none of those has worked. This has been a problem for two years now, and this has to be fixed before I go insane. I play the game on a ps5, and everything is updated to the newest version, nothing should be a problem with the game.

    I've figured out what to do. Immediately after the half time whistle blows and the players start walking in, pause the game and jump in. When in the HT menu, don't switch back to tactical view. Instead, when you resume the game, wait for the kickoff to be taken (must be after the player kicks the ball). Now you can pause and go back into tactical view.

    Annoying I agree, but it's the only way I've managed to bypass it.

    Incredibly irritating. How it's not been fixed after 2 years baffles me.
