Bring Back Job Offer System in Career Mode

In Career Mode, being able to choose any team freely at the start has removed a lot of excitement. In older games, waiting for job offers and progressing naturally in a manager’s career felt much more realistic and enjoyable.
For the next EA Sports FC, I would love to see the job offer–based system return.
Alternatively, before starting Career Mode, the game could ask the player which style they want:
- Free team selection
- Job offer–based career progression
Giving players this choice would make Career Mode more immersive, realistic, and fun for everyone.
