Brutal

Similar to others, my 10 year old has been banned from the transfer market for buying and selling players that the "algorithm" deemed fraudulent or an illegal fair play account transfer.  Despite two appeals, they will not unlock it.  He uses Xbox so no bots, etc., no purchasing of coins from 3rd party.. simply bought players cheap and sold higher to build his coin total to buy better players.  

I am disgusted with EA lack of transparency and conduct.  No warning, no further communication, just a straight out no and denial of appeal.   I realize a video game, and there a situations much worse from a real-life perspective, but i would have hoped with an organization such as EA and it's reputation, that would stand behind their product and allow the opportunity to "discuss" with someone vs their stupid AI bot, and useless online help form.

We've done nothing outside of the allowable fair play rules yet are being punished for poorly designed algorithms but more disgusted at their lack of service integrity.  

We will move onto other platforms and games, and will no longer support EA.
