Can you PLEASE fix the matchmaking for pro clubs rush?

Me and 3 local friends just played SEVEN matches in a row of 100+ ping. If all three of us live within 50 miles of each other, why are we forced to play on a foreign server? When I play Rush by myself, 90% of the time it is 100+ ping. Can somebody PLEASE explain to me why? In any other game mode on the game I am GUARANTEED to be 20 ping or less. Why is this happening only in one game type? I have been complaining about it for over a month. It is what it is.
