Cannot find opponents in Rivals/Champions

Hi, I’m Danial. I am a PS4 console player.
Struggled to find opponents in rivals/champions. Been searching for opponent for an hour. Tried all the 3 things the EA agents told me to do which was turn off cross play, restart console, restart router but still ended the same outcome. Every time i enter match lobby, opponent left the match and it can happen for an hour or more straight till i find an opponent even during peak hours of fc26. Somehow in live event mode such as gauntlet, it is easy to find opponents. Please fix this issue ASAP. Was able to complete Champions last week finishing 12 wins 3 loss even with the matchmaking issue. This week i only played 2 matches 2 wins but very very much harder to find matches this week. Its unbearable. Do i get compensation if i don’t  get to complete Champions this week due to unable to find opponents?

    I am having this exact issue. I deleted and reinstalled the app but the issue remains. I am also on PS4 and having the issue with rivals and champions whereas friendlies etc are fine. I have tried the same things you have with no joy. It’s been over a week without any solution.
