Career Mode features

Why can't ea bring back how football games use to be back in the day like Fifa 08 being able to upgrade stadiums, management and coaches being able to pick sponsors that give income depending on how well you do in a season with more depth. it ridiculous how boring it gets with no sense of achievement if you use lower league teams I've attached the attachment why is there not enough people mentioning this
