Career Mode Stamina Issue.

FC26 Manager Career: Players recover all their Energy and Sharpness between games

I have tried all settings regarding Energy and Sharpness and I can't figure out how to change this. Between games my players will regain full energy usually besides my CBs which are on 70% Energy when they have to play a Cup Match 2 days after a league game. But that's it. No need to sub or rotate the lineup in a realistic and organic way due to energy always being 100%.
