Please do not identify any player you suspect may be cheating, "Naming and Shaming" is not allowed on EA Forums. If you suspect unfair or abusive play, you can use the steps detailed at the following link to report.

They didn't identify anybody. And you marked it as a solution when you didn't actually resolve their problem at all. The least you could do is write some insincere nonsense such as "I'm sorry this happened to you, please remember not to identify them by their IGN and we are working to resolve this issue" or something like that, instead these copy/paste responses only upset victims of the CONSTANT cheating/hacking going on.
