Club Transfers Issue for CONMEBOL Libertadores Teams

There is an issue with club transfers that makes it impossible to transfer players to/from CONMEBOL Libertadores teams. It is impossible to find a CONMEBOL Libertadores team in Club Transfers -- the clubs just don't exist in that screen. The clubs in Club Transfers are organized by country/league, and there is no CONMEBOL option. Players from a Libertadores team will show up when you search for them by name, so you can theoretically transfer them away from the Libertadores team, but you quickly run into the issue that the team must have 17 outfield players and you cannot transfer away any more players. You cannot transfer anyone to the Libertadores club to give them additional players, which is how you avoid the minimum 17 outfielders for every other club in Club Transfers, so in effect you can't transfer players away from the team because you can't replace them with anyone. It seems like a pretty simple fix -- add the Libertadores teams themselves to the Club Transfers screen, just like every other team in the game. It has been like this for years, and it is frustrating.

I know this is a minor issue. However, I like editing clubs to make customized teams and leagues and have been doing so for years in every FIFA/FC game. It makes it impossible to transfer, e.g., Bolivian players from Nacional Potosi because you run into the 17 outfield player issue and there is no way to transfer additional players to Nacional Potosi to make up for it.
