Clubs gameplay feels heavy and a lot of input lag

It feels like players are playing in the mud. There is a constant 0.5 seconds input lag that makes the experience horrible In my team different people with different PCs (older and newer) feel this as well. This issue is non existing during the early morning or late night in central europe.

It makes the game unenjoyable for all my team. Please look into it as soon as possible
