Clubs needs to improve AI

I have played since FIFA 14. Last year‘s pro clubs was actually pretty enjoyable. This year, my friends always get off the game upset, frustrated and annoyed with how bad the AI are in this game. For example, in the 90th minute, my friend and I are spamming for the goalkeeper to pass us the ball. The goalkeeper instead takes as much time as he wants and then throws it to neither of us. Along with that, our team is just getting burned left and right. Clubs doesn’t feel like it’s meant for the players to enjoy it. That is the one reason I got this game. I feel like to enjoy this game, I need to watch videos on what are the new matters which is not how I wanted to play FIFA. Everything feels so off in this new one. Makes me want to uninstall and consider not getting the next FIFA.
