DC’d for no reason

I just played an entire game of rivals and when I kept scoring, my opponent decided to stop playing. I thought since the other player was not moving, the game would automatically give me the win after removing them from the match. However, it ket going even though my opponent wasn’t moving. So I decided to keep moving because I was afraid it would disconnect me for not moving. The entire game ends and at the point where it shows me the results of the game, I get kicked off Ultimate team and when I sign back in, it tells me I disconnected so it counted as a loss for me. This has happened 2 times since the start of the game but I thought it would get fixed. I have a clip that shows I won the game and being kicked off UT.
