Deadline day in January player career?

Why have they not added a feature in player career mode for transfers or loans in january deadline day? Surely it would add more realism and make the game less generic??  Its really dull the transfer system in the game and its been lacking for ages. Did EA even listen to fans? Surely they could implement this. I really thought career mode this year would be hugely better than previous additions, but sadly yet again they've hardly worked on it.
