Dynamic Potential options

Hi, long time career mode player here.

Please could you consider allowing us options to disable or limit the Dynamic Potential feature?

Given the many options now available to shape our career experiences, which I certainly appreciate, I’m surprised that we don’t have a setting for this. I find Dynamic Potential to be a hindrance as my young players need unrealistic amounts of game time in order to keep their value.

Ideally, the options would be:

Default

Limited (maximum +/-1 potential point per season)

Off

I hope this is something you’ll consider as it would really allow us to focus on the football and enjoy seeing our players develop.
