EA banned me for no reason. My case num: #240980979

I want to share my situation because I believe my account was unfairly banned.

I have been playing normally on the Transfer Market and mainly use Buy Now to purchase players, especially for SBC purposes. I have never bought, sold, or transferred coins in any way.

Before getting banned, I purchased a high-value player (TOTY Maldini) at a lower price using Buy Now, which I believed was just a normal market opportunity. Shortly after that, my account was flagged and permanently sanctioned for coin distribution.

I have submitted multiple appeals, but all I receive are generic responses without any clear explanation of what I actually did wrong. From my perspective, this is completely unreasonable because I only used standard in-game mechanics available to all players.

I have also seen similar cases from other players who believe they were incorrectly flagged.

I am posting here hoping for clarification, visibility, and a fair review of my case. Has anyone experienced something similar or successfully resolved it?
