EA falsely banned me and denied my appeal with a generic message

EA suddenly just banned me the moment i logged into my account after like 2 minutes of me opening some packs in companion app

I guess th anti cheat thought i was cheating mistook a background program for cheating?

I swear i dont know how to cheat in this **bleep** game and it's so unfair. You would get matched up with bot cheaters and instead of them being banned normal people who got nothing to do with it get banned its so frustrating and the best part is they don't say what you did i swear to god if they did i would show them solid evidence to prove my point i literally don't know why I'm banned

I reappealed and i hope someone looks into it my id is panzergrandier1 and my case id is 225604033

Also if i get unbanned i missed squad battles rivals futchamps objectives sbc and live events like gauntlet in it's so frustrating and literally there is no one to answer to me in this **bleep** company someone should sue them at this point!
