EA FC 26 PC: Custom Graphic Settings Issue

Background:

So, based on the PC Community feedback, for optimised gameplay, it is recommended that most in-game Graphics Settings are set to Low/Medium.
Every PC is different, hence you need to find something that works with you. Ideally, EA FC 26 seems to work best when CPU + GPU usage are closer as explained by Inception in YouTube.
Personally, it seems to be working like a charm for me, mostly, but there is a slight Graphics Settings issue, some of the settings does not seem to save during game, so I have to manually changed it every game.

Bug/Issue Steps:

Given that I set my Graphic Settings to all "Low", but Grass Quality to "Medium" in the Main Menu.
**I do this because the gameplay is the smoothest with these Graphic Settings for me.**
When I get into a Competitive Online Game like UT(Rivals), the game becomes less responsive and laggy. I pause the Game and navigate to Graphic Settings.
Then I find that all Graphic Settings have been set to "Low", even Grass Quality. There is even a slight glitch when I navigate to this.

If I change the Grass Quality again to "Medium", the lag is gone and the game is smooth again; however, the settings are not saved for the following game, which prompts me to change again.
