The fact the PC optimisation issue isn't fixed & your company refuses to give refunds is disgusting behaviour.

You've affectively stolen our money to not be able to play, this will be raised with my local government member & will be escalated.

with almost any other purchase, a person would be entitled to a refund if the purchase was faulty, so, clearly, the law needs to be changed so you can't hold people to ransom anymore
