Evo Glitch

Hi guys, Recently I was finishing up a massive evo chain for an inform rabiot which takes him from 86 to 93.

On the second last evo I applied the evo 'drifting away' but instead of this being applied relentless plus got added to my card as a 3rd ps+. This completely stops me from continuing my evo chain.

I used reward evos as well, which took a while to get. But a support staff said that there isn't anything they can do. 

Can someone please help!!
