I seripusly want refund for this game that was bought for my kid!

The reason is not that he wont play it, reason is the constant game breaking that reault in closing and opening the game to again reset!

Me as a casual player just played the game tonight in Ultimate team, game broke as the game finished with a victory, had to close application and reopen it the saw Ilost the game 0-3 like I forfeited the match, then next match tough and competitive match but twice in penalty shootout I merely played it safe and tapped for a clear green spot but ended in red!!!!!!!!

It was not like I was waiting for the ladt possible moment on both occasions even!

I want a refund, if not I will never purchase another EA item ever and trust me I am not in the habit of enabling dirtbags and have gone cold turkey on companies before!

    As far as a refund goes, you'll need to contact the retailer the game was purchased from to see if you qualify for one. It was purchased through the EA App, you can try the refund tool here.

    you should try to fix some of the issues try deleting and reinstalling but if your really want to get rid of the game just tell the retailer the games corrupted and wont work and get a refund.

    If that is required the game is an unfinished broken game - As if EA refunds their customers when they exceed their non consumer friendly refund requirements!
