Fc 26 , ping , lag and poor connection
I am writing to report a serious issue I am facing that is severely impacting my gameplay experience. I am located in Palestine, and for a long time, I was connected to the Israel server, where my connection was excellent with a consistently low ping of around 9 ms.
Recently, my account has been redirected to the Middle East server. This change has caused my ping to jump to 50 ms or higher, leading to significant lag and unplayable gameplay. The game feels heavy and slow, making it impossible to compete effectively.
I have already tried the standard troubleshooting steps, including:
- Restarting my router and PlayStation.
- Using a wired LAN connection, which I have confirmed is stable.
- Changing my DNS settings.
Despite these efforts, the issue persists as the problem appears to be related to the server I am being connected to, not my local network.
I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and, if possible, helping me revert my connection to the Israel server, where I had a much better and more stable experience.
