FC 26 December Feedback Update

I am Emircan, writing from Türkiye. I would like to say that I really enjoy EA FC 26 this year — the gameplay feels very realistic. I sincerely thank you and the entire team for your efforts.

I have been a passionate player of the FIFA series since FIFA 99, and in recent years I have purchased and played all EA FC titles. Additionally, this year I am voluntarily contributing to the EA FC Data Collective program.

I would like to kindly ask for your support and guidance regarding an issue I have been experiencing. EA FC 26 has been released for over four months now, and most professional football leagues are already halfway through the season. However, for the Turkish Süper Lig, Göztepe’s current-season kits have still not been added to the game. At the moment, the game still includes their old kits from EA FC 25.

I have opened multiple threads on the EA Forum, submitted feedback reports, and sent emails regarding this issue. I have tried to reach everyone and every platform that might be related to EA Sports, but unfortunately the issue has not yet been resolved.

As a long-time EA FC enthusiast, I have not been able to start a Career Mode this year with my favorite team, even though the season is already halfway completed. I kindly ask you to please forward my feedback to the relevant team. I am genuinely eager to play EA FC 26 Career Mode with Göztepe using their current-season kits.

We would greatly appreciate your support in helping ensure that Göztepe’s new season kits are added to the game as soon as possible via a title update. There are hundreds of players in Türkiye who are waiting for this update.

I've seen the coach market issue among many players and it's astounding that it's not part of the patch. After simulating many weeks in game, shutting the game and the console, restarting, it's all the same managers. I can never get anyone new. Please fix this, it's clearly a common issue, even in previous iterations. 

Will the “squad battles AI” changes also apply to authentic gameplay and career mode CPU AI? Those changes sound really good if so. 

I can’t even get on the game keep getting check your home internet when it’s fine. Sort it out ea ffs. Been 5 days since I could play 

believe me, you dont want to have Squad Battles AI will be applied to "offline mode" ;) 

That’s all? Not gonna fix the broken wingback AI? AWG, IWG and WB are all broken and have been since launch.

Have you played World Class AI in Authentic? It's so bad. Honestly it's probably just choosing between two evils at this point as I am sure the SB AI is equally horrible, but Authentic difficulties/AI needs to be reworked so bad, it's impossible to have a good match. 

How about letting Career Mode players in Manager Mode train free kick and penalty kick stats along with curve? The game is more or less ruined concerning dead ball situations, due to this, as players cannot progress and improve their status in this regard. 

You know... That old chestnut. Which you had me banned for pointing out, at some point. It's been a year and a half now, and you haven't done *bleep*, though it should be the easiest fix in the world. 

Several of us have been screaming our lungs put about this and you've deliberately been ignoring us.

There's also the game breaking "negative events" in the Career Mode, for example where your new super talents from the Academy (which you've spent hours and hours to find) asks permission to wait with joining the first team when promoted, but then sits out indefinitely and never comes back. Gotta hack the system and fire the player after an ended season and then rehire, in order to get them in your squad. 

And then there's the Academy player height issue. Apparently, if you want a striker, it's only possible for your 5 star scouts to recruit from a sortiment of the seven dwarves in any country. Tall players are incredibly difficult to find. 

I'm still not buying the game until you fix this. Nor the next one. Or the next one after that. And I've been playing since 1998. 

And I'm really sorry to be such a grumpy, old fart (turned 40 this last Christmas didn't do me much better in that aspect, he he). But you've know about some of these topic for so long that it's hard not to get extremely frustrated.

Happy New Years to you. Hope that you get to save Career Mode for us. Would love to buy a new PlayStation and play this lovely game once again. I miss it.

ZizziZizou​ , you can definitely confirm this. 

Please ask the dev team to add back the ability to visually disable the Player Performance Widget in the top right corner on Clubs. In previous FC titles, you could disable this within the Visual section of the Game Settings. 

I play on an OLED and having this constant HUD element causes image retention. Please allow us to disable this element while playing the game.

Oh I definitely can, and this is an issue that has been ongoing for two years now and still no fix, absolutely embarrassing.
