Missing Twitch Drops - Account not Linked at the Time of Claim

I am contacting you regarding missing Twitch Drops rewards for EA Sports FC 26.

Here are my details:

• Twitch Username: FanteLll

• EA ID: II-BlackBOX-II

• Date of Stream Watched: 28.03.2026 19:49 - 21:49

I watched the eligible FC Pro League stream and successfully claimed the Twitch Drop reward in my Twitch inventory. However, at the time of claiming the reward, my Twitch account was not linked to my EA account.

I have now linked my Twitch account to my EA account, but the rewards have not appeared in-game and the related objective is not marked as completed.

I would really appreciate it if you could review my case and manually grant the missing rewards if possible.
