Fc Account appeal help

Today we received an email from EA informing us that our FC account has been banned for distributing coins.

This is really sad to hear as this our furst FC title that we purchased. We started just about when winter wildcard was ending. We have always abidded by the rules and policies that the game has set forth. We played the game to earn rewards and more Importantly we only bought FC points in the official store. We bought a lot of FC points regularly as both my son and myself have become passionate with the game. The unwanted tradable cards that we got from packs we sold in the transfer market, and that is how we were able to reach a big coin balance.

I have since raised an appeal to EA to undo the ban. The appeal number is  251300753. My son and I are really looking forward to our first futties promo.

My son cried upon hearing that he cannot play with his team anymore, especially with the Cristiano Ronaldo card that we have kept in both our squads for a while now. He is a big Cristiano Ronaldo fan and is also the main reason why we played the game.

All I am asking is for an EA customer representative to review my appeal fairly. Please have a look at my purchasing history, there you will see that we bought a significant amount of FC points which we used to buy tradable packs which were then able to convert to coins by selling unwanted player cards.

I hope there is a two way communication between EA and your passinate gamers before a total ban in past, present and future games are imposed.
