FC26 GLITCH COST ME THE GAME IV VERRY MAD!!

This stupid glitch cost me an important game. I was on a streak and needed this win to reach my checkpoint. I was up 4–2, but after this happened, the guy scored a bunch of lucky goals. Unfortunately, I don’t have the other clips, but luckily I managed to keep it as a draw — only because I’m not a complete idiot. Still, I literally couldn’t see anything, and my eyes were in pain because it was super bright. I expect at least my rank to be restored to the checkpoint or something similar, because an apology alone isn’t going to cut it. I’ve already spent enough money on this game to be treated like this. Please help me out.
