FC26 on pc, controller lag and lag in general!

,I CAN'T Play online, I play offline everything is fine but appparently the problem is with online matchs, Rivals for ex ( doesn"t happen in rush) the first 12min are fine nd smooth  but than then there is a delay on my controllers commands, lags starts and the next thing is that my controlled player starts running and doing things that I commanded 15seconds ago, whats happening ?? It tried everything it is always the same,  I have a laptop

RAM 16,0 Go (15,8 Go utilisable)
