Pack contents are random ezshishenme and you have the same chance of packing any one item as any other user.
Duplicates can occur and there is nothing that we can do to change this.

What a joke of a reply. They most certainly aren’t “random” Take this as an example. All cards of the same rating should have the same chance of being packed. I have opened countless packs on FC 26. I have packed most 84 rated cards multiple times. At various points I have 5 of the same 84 rated card sitting in my storage pile. Why is it then, I have never once seen Mickey Van De Ven? Is that just chance? Random probability? Or is it because he is if value? Hiding behind this “every pack is random” rubbish is insulting and typical of the way EA thinks of its customers

There is no such thing in-game as pack luck or anything like that.
