Why do the CB's leave gaps in the middle of the field in the box?

Who programmed this game?  In what world is that normal?  Unless you set it to wide back setting why would the CB's double team players on the wing leaving the middle of the field and the box with a gaping whole big enough to drive a bus through it? Complete trash of a game.  Still averaging 10+ goals a game. 5-5,6-4,7-3,8-4,9-7 I mean this is outrageous.  The defense is so slow and stupid it is just people waiting for the game to move CB's and then easy goals.  This game is toxic.  Celebrations are toxic.  Players have become toxic because the game is so toxic.  They're so frustrated from the game that they rage quit,  juggle the ball with the GK for ten minutes to where they had to make a update because the players were just getting mad and playing keep away instead of futbol.  EA should be ashamed of themselves.  This is all on top of the gas lighting the fans with commercials about how they listened to the problems only to find out the problems were still there and they added more i.e. tacklebacks, rebound goals, and OP 360 no scope shooting.  Jesus Christ this is disgusting and despicable. Shameful culture and shameful accountability.
