Feedback: Stop Ignoring Server Issues Until They Go Viral
Platform / Mode: PS5, Clubs & Rush (NA-East selected)
Issue: This bug is now on its second year: selecting NA-East servers in Clubs forces matches on Western Europe/South America servers. That means 110ms+ lobbies every single match. I reported it in FC 25 through bug reports, forum threads, and Support tickets. Nothing was acknowledged, nothing was fixed. FC 26 launches, and the exact same problem is still here.
Feedback: At this point, the message is clear: unless a YouTuber or streamer makes a viral video and the community outrage is big enough, issues like this will never be addressed. That’s unacceptable. Players shouldn’t have to create an outlash just to get a basic server selection bug looked at.
When EA promotes a new “feedback initiative” but ignores long-standing problems for two years, it feels like a PR move, not a real feedback system. It makes reporting bugs pointless and destroys trust that anything actually reaches the dev team.
Impact:
Clubs and Rush are unplayable for NA-East players.
People will drop these modes entirely because nobody wants to play on 110ms delay.
Every month this is ignored, the community shrinks further.
What Needs to Happen:
Immediate acknowledgment that this bug is real and being tracked.
Proof that feedback is actually escalated without waiting for a viral outcry.
Visibility in the promised “monthly feedback updates” for persistent issues — not just cosmetic or minor fixes.
If EA wants players to believe feedback matters, this is the test case. Fixing this now shows reports are taken seriously. Ignoring it for another year will only confirm what players already think: reporting issues here is pointless.
