Fix the Career Mode transfer market

The Career Mode transfer market is completely chaotic. Clubs offload nearly half their squad in the very first season, and key players make nonsensical moves—like Bruno Fernandes joining the team sitting at the bottom of the Bundesliga. Contract renewals are also highly unrealistic; by the end of the first season, many players who are vital to their teams end up in the free agent pool.

Meanwhile, top clubs end up with AI-generated players rated 90+ overall instead of signing players from the free agent market.

For anyone seeking a bit of realism in Career Mode, this is terrible!

We should have the option to choose the level of transfer activity and contract renewals (low, medium, or high) for the transfer windows in our saves.
