Fix transfers, PLEASE

I love the idea of players now being able to run down their contracts and leave on a free transfer if they choose, but right now if they're unhappy and submit a transfer request, even with like 3-4 y...

Same problem- player was injured, kept asking for more playing time while he was out injured. First day back from injury he asks for a transfer because he hasn't been getting playing time. No offers come through. He keeps asking to play in games and I oblige, but he's stuck on requesting a transfer with no offers coming in six months later. Embarrassing EA.

Yeah. Sounds legit.
A friend of mine described exactly the same problem. Massive youth talent, hours spent discovering.
Then the game ruined every possible way of actually using the player.
I still have not bought the game myself. And I won't. Not this year, nor the next, until they bother to fix player trainings and career mode in general.
