Free Agents: Women's Career Mode

At the end of each season, many top-rated players are released into free agency and not signed to a club. You could build an amazing team out of free players in no time. Even if you choose not too, there are heaps of stars left without teams, which just seems weird.

I doubt this is an intentional feature or intended gameplay for the women's mode. Men's free agency is much less problematic. Fix the women's career mode free agency.
