Frustration with Manager Career Mode

I am writing to express my frustration with the Manager Career Mode. The commentary does not work, and the music is missing. It is especially strange that it takes several weeks to fix such issues, considering this is a company that earns millions of euros. These problems make the experience much less enjoyable and feel unacceptable for a product of this scale.
